Refund policy
We are bound to deliver the best quality support and services to our customers.
It’s our responsibility to deliver you product in good condition. So, after receiving the product make video while opening the package, if you find any damage or product not in good condition send us that video which proper shows that “product not received in good/working condition” We will replace the product irrespective of courier fault.
Product will not be returned or refunded but it will be replaced(as per below terms and conditions)
Terms and conditions of Replacement:
- You should inform us immediately or same day after receiving the product.
- Delay in informing us will lead you to non-replacement as its electronic things.
- Send us proper video which shows product is different from ordered or you have received damaged product.
- Don’t open the cartridge as its consumable.
- If cartridge is opened by you then it will not get replaced.
- It will be replaced only if you don’t receive the product in good condition or receive different product.
- You can call on the dedicated no. received with parcel for any query.
- All accessories and material should be there if you need to replace the product.
